It is always better to be healthy.
Some people just don't have time. Some don't even bother, and some
don't know how to do it. There all horrible excuses because you
should FIND TIME and you should BOTHER and of course you should
FIND OUT HOW TO! Being healthy is a challenge for some, and a slice
of pie for others. Everybody's different and everyone's body works
differently. If you weigh 200 pounds don't expect to loose as much
wait as someone who weighs 100 pounds in a week. It is possible.
But I wouldn't count on it. The most important thing is to find
out how your body works and what size, shape and type YOU are.
Things You Can
Do To Stay Healthy
First, try a sport of your choice you wouldn't
mind doing daily. You need equipment for some sports, so get it,
before you attempt to do it daily. It's horrible and not smart to
do a sport with uncomfortable or bad quality equipment. Also make
sure you are physically capable of doing this sport. If you are
not 100% sure ask a doctor for some tips.
Advice For Eating
Better
Throw away the occasional treats and goodies,
such as: potato chips, ice-cream, whip cream, Tim Tams, Milano's,
After Eights, soft drinks and candy bars in your pantry or fridge.
Even one bite or sip of one of those, could be worth a day at
the gym! Also ask your doctor about vitamins your body is craving
and needs more of. A Flintstone grape vitamin a day really does
do the job. Instead of ordering the fat filled daily hamburger,
try the Chefs Salad or something a lot healthier. If you would

A Check Up
Get an annual check up at the
doctor. If something is weird or unfamiliar in, on, or happening
to your body see a doctor immediately. Just tiny things occurring
could end up to a very bad, unexpected result. Also make, checking
for unusual things, a habit. Like when you look in the mirror
check for inflammation, infections, and signs and symptoms of
diseases, or when youre in the shower check for a pea sized
bump on your chest, or large moles that look cancerous. Or irritated
bug bites or wounds. Always remember to soak yourself with sun
cream before you go with your family and friends to the beach.
This will keep you healthy and aware of possible diseases.
Advice For Things
That Are Bad And Good For Health
Study and observe your daily
do's and how it may affect you and your health. Smoking is not
a good idea it can strongly and badly affect your everyday life
and what you do as a living. It could be hard on your friends
and family and maybe a bad influence. Quitting is definitely what
you should do, but WHEN you're deciding to quit is up to you.
Also, watching TV and stuffing your mouth is a really bad idea
as well. Your mind actually is working more when you sleep then
watching TV. When you watch TV you can loose focus on what you're
doing, like how much food and calories you're putting into your
system. Also, starring at the computer screen all day is not smart.
If you go on the computer daily and for long periods of time make
sure you look away every-so-often and focus on another thing for
about a minute and blink your eyes a lot. Walk around too. When
youre waiting for something to load why not stand up and
walk over to the kitchen and grab a glass of water or a fruit
punch. Occasionally wiggle your fingers and wrists, typing for
along time can cause you to have cramps and other disabilities.
